  • GRAINS: more or less, 30% of your dairy food should be grains (cereals). They give us fibre and, what´s more important, ENERGY. Do you want to play with your friends, study, help your parents at home,...? Then you need to eat bread, rice, pasta and breakfast cereals.



  • DAIRY: milk is very important for kids, because bones need milk to grow up. We should drink at least 2 or 3 glasses of milk every day. You can also eat yogurt and cheese.
